Spartan Technology provided professional guidance in our project to develop a records management system. Staff at Spartan (Pam Larson) spent a significant amount of time learning about our company and its records. With this time spent, Pam began to understand our processes which allowed for a more comprehensive approach to structuring “our” records management system. The system was designed with our processes in place, not a generic structure. Spartan’s dedication to the project continued with extensive research and time developing policies and procedures that our organization could use to implement the records management system. The interaction with Spartan was hands on and served as a great training experience for the staff at our organization that would be developing and controlling our records. In conclusion, our organization used Spartan Technology to develop a records management system and we received the knowledge and deliverables to begin the process at our organization.
