SPARTAN SELECTED AS SCDSS VENDOR

Spartan Technology Solutions is pleased to announce the addition of a new customer, the South Carolina Department of Social Services (SCDSS). Spartan Technology Solutions, Inc. provides Case Management Systems for the Department of Social Services and for Health Services Agencies. This agency selected Spartan to deploy a state-wide case management solution for each local office with the primary installation at the agency headquarters located in the state capital of Columbia, South Carolina.

Through the implementation, each office will be empowered to provide proactive case management with specific workflow capabilities for their customers. This solution will replace the non-standard software package with a solution that will offer increased functionality such as customer defined fields and data elements, task specific workflow processes, and interface capabilities with interagency solutions and outside agencies/organizations.

These technological increases will have the net effect of allowing each local office to more effectively manage their case loads through reduction of manual and often duplicate data entry. The realized gain for the citizens of the State of South Carolina will be more efficient processing of tasks and cases that will ensure the safety and health of children and adults who cannot protect themselves.
