Customer Assistance

We offer a variety of support options, including a toll-free telephone support line and customized training for individuals and groups. Highly trained, Spartan technicians are ready to answer any questions you may have regarding the set up of your software or about the many advanced features it contains. User assistance options include on-line help, training materials, user guides, and a knowledge base. User group discussion forums are also held periodically, where customers can suggest changes to the software and discuss other important issues. Customer meetings provide users with the opportunity to meet, discuss issues, suggest enhancements, and attend training classes.

ADMINISTRATIVE SETUP

Spartan offers an optional Administrative Setup service for offices wanting to increase efficiency as rapidly as possible. For offices choosing this service, Spartan representatives will configure the application(s) according to customer specification. This includes intial table setup, migration / mapping of old codes to new codes, and the creation of Microsoft Word® merge templates. The Spartan Administrative Setup service allows individual offices to be more productive during training sessions, since the initial setup, configuration, and basic data entry has been completed.

TRAIN-THE-TRAINER

To help your office become productive with the new software as quickly as possible, Spartan recommends using the Train-the-Trainer approach, where a Spartan training representative teaches a small group of individuals, who then conduct internal training classes at their own pace.

Training can be conducted on-site or at the Spartan facility, which offers computer workspaces for the participants in a comfortable setting. We also offer training CDs and webcasts upon request.
