Court Case Management System (CCMS)

The Spartan Case Management System (CCMS) tracks detailed case data, including case number, warrant number, defendant's name, charge code and description, prosecutor assigned to the case, arrest date, case age, and more. The system supports multiple case tracking by grouping cases by master case number. For example, cases that share the same incident/law enforcement number would be grouped together by master case number. Track due dates and actual completion dates for specific activities involved in a case. Assigned case activities are specific to individual cases based on the criminal charges and disposition tracks.
