Probate Court Case Management System (PCCMS)

The Spartan PCCMS application assists with the efficient management of probate court workloads. PCCMS includes many features designed to automate the court and increase efficiency. For example, the system sends alerts when items are due and is capable of automatically generating letters, orders, and any other required custom document. PCCMS is capable of monitoring compliance and performance by trustees, guardians, and conservators, making it a valuable tool for probate courts. Spartan also offers an optional web inquiry module, for courts who would like to make selected probate court information available for viewing over the Internet.
