Report Manager Features
The Spartan Report Manager provides a step-by-step process for the user to generate custom reports. The wizard displays a list of tables and views from which the user can select, and serves as the main structure for building the report. Users can run reports off of any user field in the system. Users have ability to save and edit previously generated reports. Reports can be saved to applications, individual users, and to user groups. Reports can also be scheduled to run at a future date or on a recurring basis.
Users have the ability to choose from numerous report style, view, and theme options, including summary style, font, font size, color, borders, images, watermark, and more. Once the reports are generated, users are able to view the report in print layout, print, and save the report for future use. Reports include the option to be exported to PDF®, Excel®, HTML®, etc.
